Chris Johnson has been a fitness trainer for over 8 years and before that was a collegiate baseball athlete, winning a State Championship in 2007. He has worked with a variety of professional athletes from NFL players to MMA fighters. Before managing Destiny Fitness, Chris owned and operated his own gym.

Boot Camp

Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 5:15am – 6:15am

This interval class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Bootcamps are designed in a way to be different all the time, to participants harder than they can typically push themselves.

Active and Strong

Monday, Wednesday 9:00am – 10:00am

Active and Strong is designed to challenge our active adult community to maximize their health, however other ages are welcome. Classes are created to help maintain our participants cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility.


Friday 9:00am – 10:00am

This class provides a combination of healthy alignment with an emphasis on the core muscles that balance the body. Classes are open to students of all levels.
